1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, agencies and authorised outlets associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants.
4. Promotional period commences 17th November 2015 and concludes 23rd November 2015 11:59pm AEST.
5. The major prize is one of two Giftology Lismore Sugar Bud Vase valued at $99.95 each. Total value of RRP $199.90 AUD.
6. The winner(s) will be the most creative entry and will be judged by a WWRD representative at WWRD Australia Pty Ltd 100 Holbeche Road, Arndell Park NSW 2148 on the 24th November 2015 at 9am. The winner will be announced on Instagram and will be contacted by email using contact details provided in their entry within 30 days of the draw date. The judges' decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winners will be notified on Waterford Crystal Australia's Instagram page (instagram.com/waterfordcrystalaustralia).

8. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
9. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. Entry is conditional on providing this information. Unless otherwise advised, the Promoter may also use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter.

11. You may not submit multiple entries. Only one entry per person will be counted.

13. By entering the contest, entrants agree to have their submitted name displayed on our website and used by us for any purpose, at any time, without any fee or other form of compensation. We reserve the right to disqualify users, without notice, and for any reason.
14. If the Promotion is conducted via the Social Networking Site, entrants acknowledge that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with the Social Networking Site.
15. Entrants acknowledge that any information they provide in connection with the Promotion is provided to the Promoter and not to the Social Networking Site.
16. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion will be directed to the Promoter and not to the Social Networking Site.
