- Competition to run from 1st of November to the 5th of December 2021. Competition is open for eligible purchases made through David Jones & Myer, and through our Waterford brand site (www.watefordcrystal.com.au).
- Competition is open to Australian & New Zealand residents only, who are 18 years of age or over.
- Consumer to make a purchase of $250 or more on any Waterford collection (excludes Marquis by Waterford) to get a chance to win 1 of 3 Christmas Luxury Christmas Tree Gift Packs valued at AU$5,020.45/NZ$5,649.92 RRP each.

- Entries will be valid only for purchases made during the duration of this competition.
- Consumer to register the purchase through a QR code in-store or through our brand website. When making an eligible purchase through our website, a pop-up window with the entry form will appear at checkout. All mandatory fields are required to be deemed eligible to win. Consumer must retain the receipt as a proof of purchase.
- By entering the competition, you confirm you have read and agree to the terms and conditions, and consent to receive Waterford newsletters to be informed of marketing updates and promotions.
- Winners to be drawn and notified on Monday the 6th of December 2021 from 10:00 AEST. Consumer will be given two (2) days to claim and provide desired shipping details. If consumer fails to do so during this time, another winner will be selected.
- Final winners will be published on our site on Friday the 10th of December 2021 and gift packs will be then sent to the consumer’s desired address.
- If for any reason any of the products included in the prize are not available, we will replace these with a similar product of the same or higher value.
