*Complimentary engraving on Mastercraft Pet Bowls Promotion Terms & Conditions: Complimentary engraving is available on all eligible Mastercraft Pet Bowl items only. Offer is available while stocks last. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify this offer at any time without notice. The personalisation/engraving cost will be automatically deducted at checkout and displayed as AUD$0.00 against the respective Mastercraft Pet Bowl item. Please note: The only engraving font type available for selection is Garamond. Personalised/engraved purchases are customised to your specifications and cannot be changed, cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded, unless the product is faulty or broken. Personalised/engraved purchases require an additional 5 business days from the date ordered to account for production time and once it has left the warehouse it will be delivered in 2-10 business days via our standard delivery option, longer for international delivery. You must acknowledge that you have previewed your personalisation design/message, reviewed the spelling and accuracy of all text/message entered, and read the engraving Terms and Conditions. We will personalise/engrave the product exactly according to the data you have entered. The text/message up to 20 characters will be engraved exactly as it is entered. We reserve the right to refuse requests to engrave offensive or inappropriate messages. The final size and placement of your personalisation is at the discretion of the Waterford personalisation department.

Entry is automatic when the entrant signs up with a valid email address to receive the Waterford Australia newsletter and related marketing communications via our Meta sponsored ads during the Promotion Period. The winning entry will be drawn at random on Wednesday, 5 February 2025 from all valid entries. The winner will be notified via email to claim the prize.
