QUICK & EASY EASTER COCKTAILS

Rum Old Fashioned
Featuring our Mixology Rum Tumbler
- STEP 1: Place a sugar cube into a cocktail shaker.
- STEP 2: Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters, 2 dashes of orange bitters, a splash of water, an orange and lemon peel.
- STEP 3: Crush the ingredients and then add 60ml of aged rum.
- STEP 4: Fill the shaker with ice cubes and stir.
- FINISH: Strain into a tumbler over fresh crushed ice
and garnish with an orange wedge and a cherry.
Raspberry Tai
Featuring our Mixology Rum Hurricane
- STEP 1: In a cocktail shaker, crush 7-8 raspberries
with a handful of fresh mint leaves. - STEP 2: Add 15ml of orgeat syrup, 15ml of Curacao, 30ml
of dark rum and 30ml of light rum. - STEP 3: Fill your shaker with ice, attach the lid and shake.
- FINISH: Strain into a hurricane glass over fresh crushed ice and garnish with a lime wedge, mint bouquet and raspberry.
