  • HOW DO I ACCRUE MY LOYALTY POINTS?

    As a Waterford Loyalty member, every purchase you make at Waterfordcrystal.com.au or in-store at any official Waterford concession store counts toward your annual purchase total, which determines your rewards tier. Don't forget to sign-in before making any purchase to accrue your points.

    $1 AUD equates to 1 Point. You will not earn points when you use vouchers or pay for shipping or gift wrapping. Please note that if you return a product, your points will be deducted.

    Once you reach a new Loyalty tier, you will maintain that level and enjoy all tier benefits until your membership anniversary date (the date you became a member of Waterford Loyalty). For more information on tiers, scroll up to view each tier's benefits.

    Don't forget to sign-in before making any purchase to accrue your points.
  • DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?

    Your points balance will be reviewed every 12 months on your membership anniversary date (the date you became a member of Waterford Loyalty).

    Points accrued during the previous 12 months are calculated on your anniversary date and will determine your membership tier for the upcoming year.
  • HOW DO I CHECK MY CURRENT POINT BALANCE?

    Simply access your profile in the top right corner of our website and click sign-in. Check profile page to view your point balance, expiry and purchase history.
  • CAN I TRANSFER OR PURCHASE POINTS?

    Unfortunately, points are not transferrable and cannot be purchased.
  • HOW DO I USE MY BIRTHDAY/ WELCOME VOUCHER AND HOW LONG IS IT VALID?

    You can redeem your birthday or welcome/ level up voucher online or in-store only once.

    To redeem your voucher once only.

    To redeem your voucher online, simply enter the code shared in your email at checkout.

    To redeem your voucher in-store, simply present the email you received to a store representative. All vouchers are valid 30 days from when you receive the email.
  • WHAT HAPPENS TO MY POINTS IF I CANCEL OR RETURN MY ORDER?

    Your points will be deducted from your balance when you cancel or returns your items.
  • HOW DO I STAY ON THE SAME LEVEL?

    To maintain your level, simply collect the points required to stay at that specific level. For example, if you just moved up to level two in January 2026 - after earning 500 points – you now have 12 months to make another 500 points to stay at the same level after January 2027. You will move down to level one if you don’t acquire at least 500 points after levelling up.
  • CAN I USE MY POINTS TO PURCHASE ITEMS?

    No, your points will give you exclusive benefits but cannot be redeemed as dollars to spend.
  • CAN I USE TWO VOUCHERS AT THE SAME TIME?

    Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. For instance, if you have an eligible welcome voucher from
 Level one and you receive your birthday voucher in the same month you’ll have two vouchers available. However, they can’t be used at the same time.
  • HOW DO I USE MY WATERFORD VOUCHERS ONLINE?

    Apply your unique loyalty rewards voucher code at Checkout when shopping on Waterford.com.au.

  • HOW DO I RECEIVE MY REWARD VOUCHER

    All vouchers will be sent to the email which your LOYALTY account is signed up within 24 hours of the milestone; birthday, Level up, welcome to LOYALTY.

  • IF I PURCHASE ON DAVID JONES ONLINE WILL I STILL ACCRUE POINTS?

    Purchases made on David Jones online will not count towards your LOYALTY points. Only David Jones concession store purchases will be able to be redeemed.
