Ingredients

• 60 mL Irish Whiskey
• 30 mL Cold Brew Coffee
• 15 mL Vanilla syrup

1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice
2. Stir to chill and combine the ingredients
3. Strain into double old-fashioned glass over fresh ice

• 15 mL Gin
• 15 mL Maraschino liqueur

1. Combine all the ingredients, except champagne, in a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Shake to chill and combine the ingredients
3. Double Strain into a champagne coupe
